[Fixed] Install AD blocker extension

When I click on Tools > Install ad blocker extension Slimjet crashes. This happens on 2 different computers, with different OS (WinXP and Win 8.1).

which ad blocker specifically?
I have Ad Blocker Plus (ABP) and it installed and works fine.

The same thing happens for me on Win7 - Tools > Install ad blocker extension - 'Slimjet has stopped working'! So that's with the default ad blocker.

I've discovered that if you go to the Chrome Web Store, ABP installs without any problem from there.

I know that you can download any ad blocker from chrome store and it will work, but this option in browser itself is not working so I reported it as bug.

I cannot see that option so I didn't know it was there. I'm guessing it goes away once ABP is actually installed and I've always installed it through the store or through the gmail cloud sync feature. Hopefully that will be fixed soon as the ad blocker works very well so far.

It is been fixed in 1.0.11.
