I download the latest Slimjet 23.0.7 it says, yet somehow I end up with 23.0.6. Why

I just got the latest version, and About Slimjet indeed says it is 23.0.7.0. I got it from the normal download page.

I tried to go back and download the latest version of SJ 21 because the 23.0.7 was a total mess (see my thread below)...and instead of v. 21 I wound up with a completely functional 23.0.7.0, so maybe you can try the same.

On 7/2/2019 at 7:16 AM PST I used the offline installer and had no issues installing a good working 23.0.7
For those of you who wear aluminum foil hats, the voices lie, don't believe them!
Mostly my replies are about Windows OS. If not I try to remember to specify Linux.

After going to the main Slimjet webpage and then clicking the Downloads link at top to if you then click the link to Show All Platforms you can select an offline installer for something other than windows. The OS version you were installing to would have been useful to know from your original post.

Ok, good to know for future use. Right now, all is back to normal.
