Can't download torrents (Solved)

I sending this to Torrenting.com, where I find most torrents, and to the developers of Slimjet, the browser I use most often to download .torrent files--until a few weeks ago. During the time, I get only an error message that says, "Slimjet Can't download this file." (Wish I could post a screen grab. I don't know how to upload a screen grab using "
".) I can download the same torrent using Maxthon, and I can use Slimjet to download torrents on other sites. It's the combination of the two that screws up. Please help.

Flashpeak...
I know Torrenting.com is not part of your responsibilities. I mentioned it because I thought it might help you find a solution to not being able to download torrent files--not what the torrents control, but the torrents themselves.
Please give this a look. I hate having to load Maxthon to download a torrent I find in Slimjet.
Thanks,
ron

I finally figured out the answer to this problem, which I'm posting for the benefit of others who may have the same problem downloading .torrent files. If I hold down the ALT key while I initiate a torrent download, Slimjet bypasses the "turbocharged download manager," and the .torrent downloads easily. (I never received an answer from Flashpeak, which is troublesome, but oh, well... Slimjet is such a good program that I'm willing to overlook the lack of support.)
