To customize the toolbar, simply click the little triangle on the right end of the toolbar and select "Customize toolbar".

If you don't have the little triangle visible, you can customize the toolbar by selecting "Settings" from the browser menu to open the browser settings page. After that, scroll to the "Appearance" section and click the "Customize toolbar".

You can add buttons onto the toolbar by dragging buttons from left to right. You can remove buttons from the toolbar by dragging buttons from right to left. You can reorder the buttons by dragging them up and down on the right side.

Before you make the Ad Block icon go away, be sure to click it and look to see if it is on or off, if you don't want to use it, uncheck the mark next to "Enable ad blocker" to turn it off.

You can also control the built in Ad blocker form the Gear Menu by dropping the menu down and clicking on Ad blocker.

Hi nokiaemars,

Since you wrote "any" responce" (response) ,I think it'll be better that you familiarize
yourself with the Slimjet Settings and other info.

I'll give you a start :

Ebay is a bookmark/favorite ............

PS I started to write this before oftentired posted his excellent answer,
but got delayed posting mine.
However , you get the gist

Ebay is a bookmark/favorite...
There are also Shop at Ebay and Shop at Amazon toolbar icons which the developer uses for a small amount of income from the the browser.

At first install of Slimjet, and sometimes after a major version upgrade when everything is reset, the first time you visit ebay or amazon their respective icon will migrate to the toolbar as if by magic. If you customize the toolbar and put it away it will stay gone until a major version upgrade comes along and resets the bit that is keeping track of it.

Thanks for the interesting info. I wasn't aware of that due to using Sandboxie.
Any changes in Slimjet - while running sandboxed ,will not be kept when I delete the sandbox content.
So my initial settings stay the way I set them unsandboxed......
It also means that I don't collect any trash om my drive, like temp or questionable/ unwanted files - like malware.
