Article/Text Blocker

I think that it would be nice to have something like the Kardashian Blocker built into the browser so it would really work. I really would prefer to never see or hear of anything related to those 'people' again. So allow me to specify a list of names or terms and if a section of the page contains any of the items on the list, don't show me that section.
