Downloads Often Halt At The Last Minute

This has been the case since I first got SJ, I'm guessing almost two years ago. Most of the time, the downloads will reach the 99.7% mark and just stop. No matter how long I wait, they never finish. What always fixes it is just pausing and resuming it. Then it finishes instantly. It's the same if I use the standard or the Turbo downloaders. I've always used the 64-bit version if that makes any difference.
