HLS m3u8 video streams don't start automatically, instead are downloaded.
Example: http://abclive.abcnews.com/i/abc_live4@ ... _av-b.m3u8
Edge browser does start HLS video URLs automatically.
I can however make them start automatically by using an extension like "Play HLS M3u8": https://chrome.google.com/webstore/deta ... urce=gmail
I suggest adding an option to make HLS streams start automatically.
Very handy to watch tv from bookmarks or shortcuts.

Also HLS streams cannot be recorded with built-in recorder

I sometimes fail to remember Slimjet features because I don't use them. But, I'm having trouble remembering and finding a built in recorder.
