Record video from current tab

I know that is a new feature "Record video from current tab", but I think you must explain better how to use it, because it´s not working as it should. It slows down and brakes. Im going to try to send something I did in youtube. I recorded in 360p to test it. No, it says that the extension webm is not allowed.
