Flash installed, but not working?

Have been having Flash issues on various sites...
Figuring it wasn't installed properly, went to Adobe's site and got the messagE:
Note: Adobe Flash Player is already installed, but disabled. Click here for more information.
ON
https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
Figure it might be related to my problems... Help?

In Slimjet Settings, go to Privacy, Content Settings,...scroll down to Flash & check 'Allow sites to run Flash'. If that doesn't help, go into Adobe settings & look for something similar.

I altered that Slimjet setting... no dice.
I'll look in Adobe, but all other browser types are fine..

Try updating Adobe, I think Slimjet has an old version.

If you have more than one flash version installed, uninstall the old one(s).
