Online Feedback gives wrong extension information

The online feedback form contains a listing of operating system, hardware, Slimjet version, and installed extensions. The installed extension information is incorrect, and lists extensions which are no longer installed or which were never installed. This needs to be fixed since it could mislead support personnel in troubleshooting a problem.

I'm not saying it is wrong to want greater accuracy. But just putting my initial thoughts into writing. The data is being pulled from your computer. Specifically from the registry. The errors are probably in the local registry not the server side web program pulling the data. Checking further than the registry would be a more intrusive, noticeable, and time consuming process. I can hear the complaints now about the developers invading peoples privacy when they see their HDD activity as a complete check is made....

I'm not all that familiar with Linux. There has to be the same or similar information as in the windows registry maintained somewhere on a Linux box. Programs co-existing on a box that interact with each other have to have some way of tracking their mutual existence. I still think this problem involves a failure to update this information and keep it accurate. But, on a Linus box I do not know if the parent program to extensions are responsible or if the extensions are responsible for it.
If you have not yet done so I highly recommend you submit this throughout the online portal.
