Request: Incognito Exceptions

hi, i want my logins to stay logged in in incognito, after restart.
meaning, honor my "content settings > exceptions" in incognito.
i realize this contradicts the whole point of incognito,
but i only use incognito cuz it uses less RAM-- not for privacy.
