Shift+Esc doesnt work on some sites

Hi.
I've found complaints about that for the Chromium project in other forums but it seems to have been resolved in Chrome.
In some sites Shift+Esc (Task Manager) doesn't work at all. For example in Google main page it only moves the focus to the serach field instead.
Chrome doesn't suffer this.
