"Check Update"not invoking any Prompt!

Hello folks!
My Windows-10 driven laptop is equipped with Slimjet browser vide Version 11.0.3.0 (based on Chromium 51.0.2704.84).
I have made an umpteen attempts already to "Check Update", but the respective Option is not able to invoke any response!
10/10 attempts to "Check Update" prove DUD as there triggers absolutely NO ACKNOWLEDGEMENT to notify the end user whether the currently installed version is indeed the Latest OR some new version is awaiting download!
Developers of Slimjet are therefore notified to probe more in this regard & come up with an immediate FIX.
Help me "Upgrade" to the Latest version of Slimjet using its inbuilt & integrated 'Browser Update' mechanism.
