Google translation popup problems

Hello,
1. This bug is actual for chrome.google.com site ony.
Cannot close the Google Translation popup on any page of this site.
- Try to select any text with the mouse.
- Right click on it
- Select "translate" in SlimJet context menu.
- Click on close icon [X] at top right of popup
No any effect. It's only one way to remove this popup - to reload the page.

2. The translation popup is not resizable.
- Open the translation popup of any text.
- At bottom right of the popup the resize trangle exists.
- Try to drag it - no effect
It's very inconvenient to read for a long texts in such narrow window with a lot of scrolls.
May be it will be also reasonable to make this popup dragable over the viewport area, not fixed position only.
