When trying to update from check update

This subject was addressed a long time ago and the solution is when "Check Updates" does not return with "No updates available" then a new update is available...you have to go to slimjet.com and download the new version and install it on top of your current installation....everything works without changing any of your preferences, bookmarks, etc..

Don't know when, or if, this anomaly will be fixed...just roll with it for now..
