Problem printing popups

Problem printing popups:
Example: http://www.europaeye.com/catalog/produc ... Z%20to%20A
- click on any eyeglass frame and it pops up in a separate "box"
- Print Preview: shows the underlying page, not the popup (O38, IE11,FFxx and O12 get this correctly, or as correctly as the page allows)
