In-program update is always the console

It seems this still needs fixing. When I opened Slimjet it asked to update, but the download is sjt7z_x86_console.exe, which opens a command prompt box but doesn't install anything I recognize, certainly not the latest Slimjet version. Yes, I know to use the offline installer if I want to install this browser, but when is this odd, time wasting behavior, which has been going on for months, going to be fixed? Win 8.1x64 Pro (Slimjet x32)
