Ok,..as said, normally the star is there, then disappears when you start typing. It reappears when you finish your search. If that's not the case for you, there's a problem somewhere. I have no other ideas, but perhaps someone else will chime in here.

Yea, i think we've tried about everything. I sent a note to support but not sure right place. do you know when the next version is coming out? thank again. Johnny

i thought of one more than to try. I loaded version 18.05 (newest old version i could find) and the bookmark flag worked fine. then loaded version 19.01 it did not work, so it appears to have started when the 19.0x version started coming ut. I'll try to contact them but you would also maybe one of us will get through and get a response.

Sleeper and everyone else that is interested Slimjet sees the problem with the disappearing bookmark star--- see note below------
