Is there a way to block video autoplay when visiting news sites such as yahoo? They are really annoying and worse than adds. It would be nice if Slimjet implements an option to block video autoplay without use of external extensions.

go to chrome://flags/ and search for autoplay. I don't know if enabled or disabled will do it. But you can mess with that.

I forgot about that extension. Just installed it myself & it seems to work. Thanks for the repost oftentired.
Edit: It works on some sites (Yahoo for one) but not all.

This extension works much better. Blocks everything I've tried so far & you can allow anything at any time:
