[QUESTION] Toolbar in Fullscreen mode??
Is there a way to show toolbar with mouse over or by keyboard shortcut when in fulscreen mode. Only browser that I know of supports this feature is Firefox. In fullscreen mode, it is not possible to to enter an URL or switch tabs.

There is a Setting. If you go to settings and search for Full, you see the setting to show the floating URL when in full screen. However, I toggled this and I don't get the floating URL. So perhaps something is wrong with this feature. I have moved your post to the Bug Report forum.
For those of you who wear aluminum foil hats, the voices lie, don't believe them!
