will we get native emoji support like Chrome? I'm tired of using crappy, resource-hogging emoji extensions

build 7601 service pack 1

Win 7 does not have native support for emoji, I think there is more you have to do to get it working than just telling Slimjet to enable. And back to your Slimjet, version 18 won't have the experimental emoji, you need to be running Slimjet 20.+
