I am filing this as a Slimjet bug because it is ONLY happening to me on Facebook when I am there on Slimjet.
When typing anyplace on the site...either posting, replying to a post, or messaging someone, when I am typing all of a sudden what I am typing leaves the box that I am typing in. I am a two finger typer and often times I look down at my keyboard when typing and when I look up, there is no text being entered anymore. This is very frustrating and it only seems to be happening in Facebook. When I use Opera or Waterfox there, this behavior never happens.

You probably know this. If your using a laptop or such, make sure your not accidentally touching the mouse touchpad. I have to turn the mousepad off when I use a laptop keyboard for anything except the smallest amount of text.
And you probably know this too, lacking that as a cause, you can work around this problem by typing into notepad and doing a copy paste over to FB

http://touchfreeze.net/ for windows 7 disables the touchpad while you are typing in text. windows 8 Open Charms Bar by moving your mouse cursor to top-right or bottom-right corner of screen and then click on Settings option.
2. Now click on "Change PC settings" option given at the bottom.
3. It'll open Metro Control Panel or PC Settings page. Now go to "PC and devices -> Mouse and touchpad".
4. Now you just need to change the value of "To help prevent the cursor from accidentally moving while you type, change the delay before clicks work" option. First change its value to "No delay (always on)". If it doesn't work for you, try to change its value to "Long delay". windows 10 i would imagine a similar option but i don't know as i personally wouldn't touch win 10 with a barge pole

Re: Instability when typing in Facebook
I appreciate all of this, but no, this is happening on my desktop. It is definitely not anything to do with my hardware. It only happens in Facebook when I am on Slimjet and it is ultra stable and behaves great when I am using Opera or Waterfox.
