I want to change the color of visited sites in Google search for greater visibility. I know of the Stylist and Stylish extensions which do the job but not completely. I have also tried adding a Custom.css file containing A:visited { color: red ! important } . All of these methods work fine when a link is simply clicked in Google search. The original link color turns to red as it should. However, if I try to open the link in a new tab, the color of the link does NOT change.
The three methods mentioned above all work in Chrome but not in Slimjet.
Is there a solution to this problem?
