Okay, now you know what a bookmark is.
In this case the Tip is to create a bookmark that points at the Slimjet Bookmarks location so it will open (almost the same as a folder opens in explorer) a Tab within Slimjet allowing you to interact with or manage the bookmarks.
This is a quick and handy way to directly open the bookmarks location so you can manage the bookmarks if you you frequently desire to manage them.

thanks oftentired and for future reference and queries pretty much as the title says but here's a better explanation it adds a shortcut to the (bookmark manager) to the bookmark toolbar.
