How to move Tabs bar?

How to move Tabs bar?

Tabs are above the omnibar. Omnibar is below the tabs. How can they be reversed?

Moving the location of the tabs has not been implemented in Slimjet.
For those of you who wear aluminum foil hats, the voices lie, don't believe them!
Mostly my replies are about Windows OS. If not I try to remember to specify Linux.
