6.0.3 Issues

Post by RBTB2605 »

I am seeing this now from time to time running the newest version. 3 times this morning when I click on a particular Facebook group I am in. Several times last night.

I'm pretty sure your running ver 6.0.2.0

If you running 64 bit Slimjet which uses more memory you might try using 32 bit and see if the problem persists.

Can you uninstall the current version and reinstall 6.0.3 from our website? Let me know if that helps. If it still crashes, please send the crash dump file to me at support @ flashpeak.com . Read this link to learn how to locate the crash dump file: viewtopic.php?f=6&t=98

Thanks Peter. It happened twice in the space of 5 minutes this morning, so I e mailed you the most recent dmp file. My plan is to totally uninstall Slimjet this morning using Revo Pro uninstaller and then doing a fresh install and then see if this issue happens again. I will keep you posted. Thanks !

So far so good. I did the complete uninstall and re-install of 6.0.3.0 and I have not seen the reported behavior present itself yet. I will report back here if it does.
