[Resolved] Slimjet crashes on some sites with adblocker

For some time now, Slimjet's adblocker has been crashing the browser on websites (and not just YouTube), which can be annoying for browsing, since it's so unexpected. Here's a (non-exhaustive) list:
  • YouTube (website and embeds)
  • Google (in some cases)
  • Spreadshirt (Partners area)
  • MeteoFrance (national weather agency in France) - https://meteofrance.com/
  • Some random websites
  • etc...

Instead of disabling ad blocker entirely, I went into Settings and added two domains to the ad blocker Whitelist: google.com and youtube.com. You may also want to add other Google-owned sites to the whitelist if you use them. By doing this you're only disabling it on the problem domains and not your entire browser. This not only has kept SJ from crashing for me, but surprisingly also has still kept ads blocked on these domains! Hope this helps you guys.

That's great news for those of you who are able to use the current version of SJ. Unfortunately it's no help to those of us who are still using Windows 7 and are stuck using SJ vers. 38 (the last version to support Win 7 & 8).
