set what tab becomes active after closing another tab

Is there a setting in Slimjet to control what tab becomes active after closing closing a tab?

It seems that Slimjet will usually activate the tab to the right of the closed tab unless you close the rightmost tab.

I would like to have Slimjet activate the tab to the left of the closed tab.

I am not aware of any setting for this.

I use a Chrome addon called 'Close to the left' cuz tab-closing to the right drives me nuts. It looks like they removed it from the chrome store, but should still be available at one of these... looks like I can't post links, so google search it:
