Not https download "This file can't be downloaded securely"

Hello, I'm having problem when I try to download something with SJ 36.0.4 from HTTP and non standard port. There is question "This file can't be downloaded securely" to Keep or Discard.

If I press Keep alert is not hiding and file seems to be downloaded but in background but I don't see progress.

This seems to be broken. Is there option to disable this alert or fix Keep behaviour?

Not sure if this will do the trick, but you can disable "https only".

Nope this is not that option - I have this already disabled.

I think I've found solution, it's adding attributes to shortcut: slimjet.exe -explicitly-allowed-ports=1234,5678

Update:
No it didn't fix the issue, I dunno why it worked 1 time.
