Why Slimjet clears my form data while it does not happen on other browsers?

Hello, I have been using Slimjet for some time now. I like Slimjet for its vast customization options.

I have a To-Dos & Notes WebApp on my localhost-server which I always keep open in the browser tab. When I'm busy on other tabs like Facebook, Youtube etc, After some time Slimjet automatically clears form data from my To-Do WebApp. This does not happen on any other browser.

I have found out that this might be related to this option "Automatically optimize memory usage". I want to know whether I should disable this option or not.
Note: I have tested it disabling all extensions & also disabled option "Unload Idle Tabs". Also tested on brand new slimjet install.

But I want to ask you if the problem is really related to this option, Bcuz I don't know how this option works to optimize memory. So my question is(with which I will be able to narrow-down my problem):
1) Does this option "Automatically optimize memory usage" optimize memory at System Level(PC RAM) without touching Chrome Tabs directly.
2) or Does this option only optimize memory at Chrome Level(Tabs Memory).

If this is the 2nd case that it optimizes Chrome Tabs directly, then I should disable this option. But if it is the 1st case, then I should keep this option enabled & my problem must be somewhere else.

Go into settings here, set the URL address as an exception

I already did what you suggested, but it does not make any difference.

I may resolve my problem if I can get answer to the following:
1) Does this option "Automatically optimize memory usage" optimize memory at System Level(PC RAM) without touching Chrome Tabs directly.
2) or Does this option only optimize memory at Chrome Level(Tabs Memory).
