What is this feature? How do I access it?

I have bookmark folders on my search bar and on the new tab page.

What does this do different?

every time click on new tab, this new tab is not empty....
you have 8 icon on center page to all recent visited links... see this shot: edit---sorry but external links allowed for recently registered users (this is very bad news.... (absurd & frustrating...)

so, from this icon ----- edit: sorry external links is not allowed ......
(icon that i mean it is the one located at the top right in the shape of a gear)
you have possibility to delete "recent visited link" list, but not "frequently visited links" ...
did you understand?

This is may be because it is a History... it has the past... so what delete these sites (your past) for?
for privacy we could ask for a password at the moment of open sj

I set up shortcuts to a few search engines on the new tab page and to those tiles that I did not want to use I inserted "about:blank" so that the browser could not put its own junk in there. That works.
