Any way to show the toolbar on a popup windows?

I need to access a LastPass function that is only available through its toolbar button. Problem is that the page on which I need this function is a small popup window that manifests without toolbar or addressbar. The function is not available through the LP page context menu.

Is there any way to make the toolbar appear on such a page? I'm on SJ x64 on Linux.

Actually, not necessary. Someone came up with the idea of accessing the function via LP hotkey. Unfortunately something is still wrong, but that's another issue.
