Can't download via Firefox on LinuxMint

Just installed LinuxMint Cinnamon 64bit yesterday.
Tried to download SJ 32bit and Firefox would always freeze.

Tried again today, this time, installed Google Chrome and was able to download/install SJ from there.
Go figure!

Was going to delete but to be fair...

Just re-installed LinuxMint with latest Cinnamon 2.8 (nice!) and after trying a shot at Google Chrome again, i noticed that it wanted install 32bit so i went back to Slimjet and lo and behold, 32bit deb installed just fine!

My hunch is that something went wrong first time while perhaps trying to install 64bit instead of 32bit first.
Funny thing though, Firefox wasn't giving me any issues on this site and download.

Indeed.
Windows 32bit or 64bit: Slimjet 32bit or 64bit (better 32bit) but doesn't really matter
Linux 32bit: Slimjet 32 bit
Linux 64bit: Slimjet 64bit
