I'm trying out slimjet. I'm missing the menu bar found at the top of the screen in Firefox. There doesn't seem to be a way to manage or delete history items. Also, clicking on the Content Settings icon gets no action. Appreciate any help.

Everything flows from the settings menu accessed via the single gear icon at the top right.
You can also customize the toolbar where common tasks have an icon for quicker access.
You can also use keyboard shortcuts for most common browser related tasks.
History will be keyboard Ctrl+H.
The Content Settings icon menu is driven by the existence of webpage content.
If your on a webpage that has content to be affected you get a menu. No content no menu.
