I'm not sure what you mean by bookmarks section

You can manage your search engines by clicking on the Gear Icon near the upper right of the browser window and then clicking to open the Settings window, and then scrolling down to the Omnibox section of controls and choices. In that section are choices that lead you to the address bar search engine default selection and just below that the search engine manager.

Yes, I can go to another search engine, but I can not delete the search string.
Example : http://prntscr.com/j5h1nm it's browser opera and i deleted the search string.
how can I do the same in SlimJet browser? in standard setting browser and in slimjet://flags I didn't find this function...

It cannot be done except perhaps by an Extension that gives you a completely new page for the "new tab" page.
