The Web Help page URL Alias reads:
Select Tools->Alias Definitions to bring up the alias definition dialog
Where is Tools?

Your reading the help for the previous supported browser called Slimboat.

Running Slimjet, right click a tab and select Create alias
For those of you who wear aluminum foil hats, the voices lie, don't believe them!
