On Netflix, every 5 seconds, the video will stutter.
I've tried the following fixes:
- turn off hardware acceleration in flags.
- disable flash (but flash is not listed on my plugins page).
- enable WebRTC H.264 software video encoder/decoder (but "Support in WebRTC for decoding video" says "Sorry, this experiment is not available on your platform")
- disable all extensions
problem persists.
any fix?
