changing the colour of bookmarks side panel - possible?

I've changed the colours of SJ by using the ChromeThemeMaker and Windows settings. The complete top is now in different greens which feels most comfortable for my eyes. But when I place the bookmarks to the side instead of the top the panel is white, although I changed all background colours to non-white. Is there a way to change the colour of the bookmarks side panel?
