Is it possible to get the Menu to show at the top left of the Browser ie: File, View, History, Tools, Help . etc?????

don't think you can as they are settings from firefox and internet explorer and have never been part of chrome/ chromium based browsers

I think the Blink engine has replaced that menu with the Settings drop down menu. If it existed, pressing the Alt key would reveal it.

You can make this a Feature Request. But I cannot tell you that it would be implemented.
