Dell Support Site Page Display Issues

Post by RBTB2605 »

I recently acquired a second Dell computer the other day and in visiting the Dell support site on Slimjet, I noticed an interesting issue. With all ad blocking disabled, I am not able to view important content that I wish to view. When viewing the site using the latest released version of Firefox, the page displays properly. Any thoughts out there ? Is there any way that I can view the missing items on the site in Slimjet ? Or should I just continue using Firefox or Internet Explorer to go about my business at the Dell support site.

I have attached two screen shots. One from Firefox and the other from Slimjet.

Doesn't seem to be a problem here, with default ad blocking enabled. SJ 6.0.8 on linux x64.

This is very strange. I am running the 64bit version of Slimjet. Maybe that is the cause ? I think that I shall give the 32bit version a try and see if the site works.

No, the 32bit on my Windows 10 still shows what I saw running the 64bit version. This is weird.

Just set up Slimjet on a laptop that I had just formatted and updated to Windows 10. Same thing is happening. I think that I might try Chrome on that laptop now and see if I see the same thing happening.

OK...it is something in Slimjet that is messing things up. The page loads and functions fine in Chrome.
