Error graphic run by win10

Hello.
If you run on a PC windows10 slimjet presents this error graphic.
I apologize for my bad English.

Are you referring to the black border on the side? I have a Windows 8 machine but somehow I haven't got any invitation to upgrade to Windows 10 so far.

Yes, the black border.
I solved it by applying a theme to slimjet for the time being.
I tested both the 64/32 bit
The restart function windows8 mode doesn't work anymore.
The black border is also in applications for chrome as google keep

I tried the upgrade tool you mentioned. But it hangs on my windows 8.1 pc.
