Slimjet Portable 26.0.7.0 - Settings/Downloads/Show confirmation dialog . . does not work consistently

Firstly - thanks for Slimjet! Does everything I need, and so much lighter and portable!
As per title - I've been regularly toggling this on, then off, to get it to register and not show downloads.
Can't say what triggers it back to on, but it definitely shows regularly when the setting is off.
