Sometimes it is in the middle of the bar, somewhere.
Sometimes it is at the left end of the bar, only partly visible.
Sometimes it is hiding under the left-most tab. Then, if I move the leftmost tab away, it snaps back to the right end (as if it were embarrassed to be found out of position!).
Sometimes it is in the correct position.
