In 80% of all cases no sound in Radio- or TV-Mediathek audios and videos

In 80% of all cases when I try to play an audio or video file from a Mediathkek, the files starts to play, but without sound. Speakers are turned up to the maximum. Reloading the page works sometimes but not always. Is this a bug of the browser or the websites?
