Right click slow responding

Hello,
Often when I try and right click in a web page I get no response. Particularly when text is selected, and sometimes in a blank form field, or when trying to spellcheck. If I keep trying to click, eventually the context menu comes up. It does not come up if I simply wait. This happens randomly. Sometimes right click works just fine. I can't figure out a clear pattern or cause.
I have tried disabling all extensions, and disabling any mouse-behavior addons I have in Windows. I restarted Slimjet and Windows as well. This does not happen in Firefox or IE.
Windows7 x64 desktop
Slimjet x64 v.22.0.4.0
12Gb Ram
Discreet video card
3.0Ghz Dual core CPU
5 tabs open
