Actual clickable area of tab does not correspond to drawn tab, it is shifted noticeably to the right. Its right border is actually located where the next tab’s favicon’s left border is.
I have this problem at 150% Windows scaling, but, as far as I remember, it existed at 100% as well.

Again i don't see this my tabs are fully clickable no overlap , in fact there is a very slim gap between each tab

I agree that there is no gap between tabs, it is not the problem. The problem is:
If you click slightly to the right from left border of tab 2 on screenshot, you will activate wrong tab - tab 1, instead of tab 2. That is on 150% scaling in Windows.
