Crash with proxy setting (21.0.3 portable)

Hi, so when i input my pxoy setting (ip-addres and port) and after try to open any web-page i got crash slimjet... How to fix is?
Slimjet v.21.0.2 - 21.0.3 portable
But v.20.0.5 portable work correctly...
