Flash is definitely not working with Slimjet 22.0.4.0. I have PPAPI flash installed, and Opera is using it, but Slimjet is not. I tested with this site: https://www.whatismybrowser.com/detect/ ... -installed and the result is, "No
Flash is disabled or not installed in this browser", With Opera, the answer is "Yes".

Did you click the lock icon on that site left of the url address & choose 'Allow' for flash to run, then reload page? That worked for me.

That works, but I want Flash to ask first, not just run automatically, and it does not ask.

Not sure I follow you, it did ask. Then you had to choose Allow. Ask is the default setting.

I had to change the setting to allow by default for that site. I want to keep the default as ask, but Slimjet will not ask. If I try to play a video, it will just sit there and not ask.

Far as I know, Ask just means you have to choose to allow flash to run or not. That's how it asks, same on Firefox. Until you choose Allow or click on a flash symbol (if there is one), nothing happens. If you're expecting some kind of Ask popup, there is none. At least, I don't get any on Slimjet or Firefox.

I was expecting either some kind of popup or just the play button starting the video when clicked. With Pale Moon using Flash, if I click a play button, it asks to allow or not. With SeaMonkey, just clicking the play button is enough. Both are set to ask first.

Yeah, I suspect browsers may behave differently. If you post a video url, I'll see if my Slimjet behaves same as yours.

What about the test site? https://www.whatismybrowser.com/detect/ ... -installed
That states whether it can see Flash or not.
The number of sites that use Flash is decreasing. Many sites that used to use Flash are now using HTML5.
