19.0.x: Favicons of custom search engines are missing after clearing history

Since updating from 19.0.0 to 19.0.1 the favicons of my custom search engines are missing after the browser history is cleared. I let do it at every exit automatically. This issue was not with 19.0.0. After a new search with these search engines the favicons are downloaded and displayed again but missing again after a restart or the history is cleared manually. There is no way to make it persistent again. If I set the favicon file as write protected, I get an crash info at start.
