Hiya, Johnywhy. (I'd recognise that handle from anywhere... )

Personally, for clearing browsing data, etc., there's an extension I use from the Webstore. It's called 'Click'n'Clean', and you can find it here:-

https://chrome.google.com/webstore/deta ... nfo-dialog

Doesn't take long to 'clean' at all.....and once you've sorted out a few annoying 'niggles' in the options, it's one of the most effective apps of its kind that I've found.

Mike. ;)

thx Mike, but the built-in cache-clearing feature should work without extra extensions.

if the built-in feature fails, that indicates an issue.
i prefer to solve any issues with built-in feature, than band-aid with 3rd party extension.

Fyi, this issue only occurs with SlimJet portable, when cache folder is on removable disk.
This issue does not occur with SlimJet normal install.

thx

Haven't tried. I'll wait for normal release.
Seems maybe only with portable on removable

Thx!
